Refund policy

This policy applies to paid access to the SERU practice site (7, 14 and 30-day packages).
Digital access
When you buy a package you get immediate access to digital practice content. Because access begins straight away, you agree that the service starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Requesting a refund
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us on WhatsApp or by email with the email address used for your purchase. We review each request individually.
Admin cost
Where a refund is agreed, an administration cost of £10 is deducted from the amount refunded. For example, if you paid £25 for the 1-week package and a refund is agreed, £15 would be refunded.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds are processed through our payment provider and may take a few working days to appear.
