Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy anything on topographyserutests.co.uk. Please read them before you pay. By buying, you agree to them.

1. Who you are buying from

London Paragon College Limited, company number 08158751, Swarn House, 300 High Street, Acton, London W3 9BJ. Email info@londonparagoncollege.co.uk. Phone 020 3642 8555.

We are an independent training provider. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Transport for London. TfL sets the assessment requirements, runs the assessments and makes all licensing decisions. Buying our practice material does not guarantee a pass and does not secure a licence.

2. What we sell

Our practice papers are our own training material. They are built to follow the structure and mark weighting of the real assessments. They are not official TfL papers and the live assessment can differ, including in the exact number of questions.

3. Your access period

Your access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and runs for the number of days shown at checkout. Days are counted as whole calendar days, not working days.

We email your login details to the address you gave us. If they do not arrive, check your spam folder and then message us. If a delay on our side costs you days of access, tell us and we will add those days back.

Access periods do not renew automatically. We will not take a further payment unless you buy again.

4. Your account

Your login is for you alone. You may use it on up to two devices. Please do not share it, publish it or resell it. If we see an account being shared we may suspend it without a refund.

Keep your password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has it.

5. Marking and feedback

Multiple choice answers are marked immediately. Route plans are marked by a trainer and we aim to return them within two working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

If your assessment date is sooner than that, tell us when you submit and we will do what we can, but we cannot promise a faster turnaround. If you buy access close to your assessment date, please allow time for marking.

6. Classroom bookings

Booking links on this site start an enquiry. Your place is confirmed by a member of staff, not by the website. Fees are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise.

If you cannot attend, tell us at least 48 hours before the session and we will move you to another date once, free of charge. Inside 48 hours, or if you do not turn up, the fee is not refundable.

If we cancel a session we will offer you another date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

7. Cancelling and refunds

Our refund policy is set out at topographyserutests.co.uk/refunds and forms part of these terms.

For online access, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of buying. Because we give you access immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that the service starts straight away and to acknowledge that you lose that 14 day cancellation right once it does. If you do not want that, do not tick the box, and your access will start after the 14 days instead.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If the service is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy and we will not deduct an administration cost from that.

8. If something goes wrong with the site

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we cannot promise it. If the site is unavailable for a meaningful part of your access period, tell us and we will extend your access by the time you lost.

We may update the questions, the layout and the features while you are a customer. We will not remove a product you have paid for during your access period.

9. Using the material properly

All questions, maps, explanations, videos and marking notes on this site belong to London Paragon College or to our licensors. You may use them to prepare for your own assessment. You may not copy, record, screenshot for distribution, republish, sell or use them to run your own training.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for the outcome of your TfL assessment or for any loss of earnings that follows it, because that depends on your own preparation and performance on the day.

We do not limit our liability where the law does not allow us to, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Complaints

Email info@londonparagoncollege.co.uk with your name, the email you paid with and what went wrong. We will reply within five working days.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one published when you paid. Material changes will be shown by the date at the top of this page.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
